Join a studio built to grow the people in it as deliberately as the schools we design.
GLAS is a principal-led practice founded on the belief that architecture shapes how people learn, gather, and belong — and that the people who make that architecture deserve the same intentionality we bring to a campus plan. We stay small on purpose: every project gets real authorship, every architect gets real mentorship, and the culture here is built on craft and curiosity rather than headcount. If you want your work to matter and your growth to be someone's actual priority, we'd like to hear from you.

Studio Culture
GLAS is principal-led and deliberately small. You'll work directly with the firm's leadership on every project — no layers, no hand-offs, no wondering who's actually making the decisions. Ideas get tested through drawing and conversation, not committee.
Mentorship & Growth
Mentorship here isn't a program — it's how the studio runs. Every architect, from intern to project architect, gets direct time with senior leadership, real project responsibility, and honest feedback aimed at helping you grow, not just get through the week.
Community & Belonging
Our projects are shaped by the districts, students, and communities they serve — and so is our studio. We build a workplace where people feel supported and known, because that's the same standard we hold ourselves to on every campus we design.
Internships & Emerging Talent
We take developing the next generation of school architects seriously. Interns and emerging professionals work on live projects alongside licensed architects, with a clear path toward licensure support and long-term growth within the studio.
